GA Milestones End of Course (EOC) Testing Info
Spring 2026 EOC Information
The Georgia Milestones End of Course tests will take place Monday, May 4th through Friday, May 8th. Students currently taking Algebra: Concepts & Connections, Literature & Composition II, Biology, and US History will take their EOC tests during this time frame. These state assessments will count for ten percent of your high school student’s final grade, except for Literature & Composition II, which will not count as a percentage of the final grade for the 2025-2026 school year.
Please see the FCHS Spring Testing Calendar to determine the date(s) of your students’ exam(s). All tests will begin at 8:30 am and take place on West Campus. Teachers will notify students of their testing room location the week before EOC testing.
Students must come to their exam with their school Chromebook fully charged along with their school-issued charger. Loaner laptops will not be available for students that show up without their school Chromebooks and those students will need to take a make-up exam the following week.

Transportation
Transportation will run as usual during the week of Milestones EOC tests. It is imperative that all students arrive to school on time, especially when they have scheduled tests.
What to Bring
Students may bring bookbags and phones, but these items will be left in the hallway during testing and will not be allowed in the testing room. No electronics will be permitted in the secure testing environment.
There is no need to bring a calculator to testing. Calculators will be provided, and all students will have access to the calculator that is built in to the Algebra test.
What to Expect During Testing
All students will test in a classroom in a quiet, controlled environment. Tests will be administered by certified teachers.
Tests are completed on school Chromebooks, using the DRC application. Students will be provided with test tickets and scratch paper.
All accommodations will be provided in accordance with students’ IEP, 504, or TPC plans.
All students will be expected to conduct themselves with integrity and respect during the testing process. Academic dishonesty and poor behavior will not be tolerated.
Typical/Maximum Testing Lengths
The typical testing length and maximum times are listed below for each EOC test.
Algebra 1
Sections 1 and 2 typically take 30 to 50 minutes per section, with a maximum testing time of 65 minutes per section.
Biology
Sections 1 and 2 typically take 20 to 30 minutes per section, with a maximum testing time of 40 minutes per section.
Literature & Composition II
Section 1 is given the first day, and typically takes 45 to 65 minutes, with a maximum testing time of 90 minutes.
Sections 2 and 3 are given the second day, and typically take 40 to 60 minutes per section, with a maximum testing time of 80 minutes per section.
US History
Sections 1 and 2 typically take 15 to 25 minutes per section, with a maximum testing time of 35 minutes per section.
